Registration of HMOs is something The Leamington Society has fought long and hard to achieve.

NORA’s Chairman, (National Organisation of Residents Associations)Chairman, speaking at last year’s AGM said

“Perhaps the most important events in 2016 for NORA have been the Government’s proposal to extend licensing to all HMOs and a programme of banning and fining rogue landlords, both measures that NORA. has pressed on the Department of Communities and Local Government planners as essential moves to control rogue landlords.”
